Abstract

This study aimed to describe the allocation of revenues, differentiation of roles (role differentiation) and patterns of gender stratification in the family decision making career at the Faculty of Economics University of Bengkulu. Type of descriptive qualitative research and this is a samples in this study were faculty and staff at the Faculty of Economics University of Bengkulu with purposive sampling technique based on the criteria families where both husband and wife work career, have children and do not have a housekeeper. Outcomes of this research is the data and information relating to gender stratification in the family decision making career.
