Abstract

A preliminary study on the installation of laboratory RSUD Dr.M. Yunus Bengkulu are known from a number of patients checking into labor many complained of receiving service of readiness officer, consistency of service time. The objective of this research is to describe services on installation of regional general Hospital Laboratory Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Which includes time services, services of accuracy checks, services appearance, ease of services, and services of comfort The methods of research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this research is the outpatients who perfom checks on the installation of laboratories RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in August 2014 taken with the technique of sampling can be as much 50’s sake that people are patient. Methods of analysis in the study is the analysis of the statistics. The conclusions of this research that first; the time services on the categories was satisfactory (3,38) where the votes are the ability of officers in providing services with respect to procedures, inspection result, and responsive. 2nd; services of accuracy checks on categories to satisfy (3,88) where the votes are technical ability in conducting examinations and patient satisfaction level. 3rd; the services appearance at a category satisfying (3,63) where the votes are the ability of the granting of the service that are indirect or supporting them physically, and the attitude of the officers. 4th; ease of services category satisfaction (3,80) where the votes are the quantity, the quality of officers and equipment owned. 5th; services of comfort on a category satisfying (3,72) where the votes are owned facilities and infrastructure installation.while the overall results of the study show that laboratory installation service quality the RSUD Dr. M.Yunus on categories to satisfy (3,68) where is the variable quality of the examination as the highest accuracy,whereas the variable quality of service over time as the lowest.
