Abstract

Work ethic as well as the attitude and spirit prosecutor morale should be a system of values inherent in the behavior of employees in performing of their duties. Many factors affect the performance of employees including leadership stlye, work environment, and work discipline. If any unfavorable factors, such as work environment, the force applied leadership etc. if not good it will make cause no maximum employee performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work discipline, the work ethic of the at Bank Bengkulu Regional Curup with survey research methods. The number of respondents 35 people with the questionnaire data collection techniques. Simultaneously (together) a significant effect on work ethic (Y) means that the three variable (leadership, work environment and labor discipline that employees have Bank Bengkulu Regional Bank Bengkulu Curup influence on their work ethic. However, partially by using the t test only variable labor discipline that has a significant influence on the work ethic variable, while the variable leadership and work ethic has no significant effect to work ethic.
