Abstract
A fast growing of married between different nation was gived own challenge to concept of Indonesian citizen. The rule about citizenship these days which addopt a person is one nation was put Indonesian women whose married with non-Indonesian in difficult situation. Firstly, women as Indonesian citizen wants her full status to her citizenship and all rights inside. Secondly, her married with non-Indonesian makes her marital status become ambigue, in her country she is a stranger, also in her husband country. Thirdly, her law status is separated with her child and many other problem came to that women.
