Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the influence of transformational leaderhsip and transactonal leadership toward employees’ performance at the private bank in the Bengkulu City. This research represents of survey which representing problem in the form of fact in this time from a certain phenomenon. The data was used primary data through distribution of questionnaire. As supporter exploited obtained secondary data in the form of data and information and report, reference and also document related to accurate problems. The respondents in this research are employers of the private bank in the Bengkulu City equal to 119 peoples. The sample taken was census. The data analysis was used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Pursuant to result of data analysis obtained result of that: 1) in the simultaneous transformational and transactional leadership have an effect toward employees’ performance at the private bank in the Bengkulu City; and 2) in the partial, transformational and transactional leadership have an effect toward employees’ performance at the private bank in the Bengkulu City.
