Abstract
This research was intented to investigate species diversity of makrozoobenthos at three different stations in estauria of Jenggalu Bengkulu. Research was carried out on May-July 2011 by using Randomized Sampling Method. As the result, there were 3 fillum, 4 classes, 11 families, 13 genera, and 14 species of makrozoobenthos lived in Estuaria Jenggalu. They were distributed at Station 1 as much as 3 fillum, 4 classes, 7 orders, 10 families, and 11 species, with the highest abundance aimed at Nereis virens (28.5%), Diversity Index was 1.19, Similarity Index was 0.49 and Dominance Index was 0.26. The highest abundance at Station 2 was Tellina sp (20.27%), with Diversity Index was 1.69, Similarity Index was 0.66 and Domination Index was 0.26. While Station 3, there were 3 fillum, 4 classes, 8 families and 9 species with the highest abundance aimed at Penaeus sp (25.4%), Diversity Index was 1.47, Similarity Index was 0.61, and Domination Index was 0.20.
