Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) to determine problematic experienced lecturers in the college planning process Speaking Skills III Prodi Indonesian Language and Literature Education Guidance and Counseling, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, (2) to determine problematic experienced faculty and students in the implementation of Speaking Skills III lectures on study programs Indonesian Language and Literature education Guidance and Counseling, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, and (3) to determine problematic experienced faculty and student course evaluations Speaking Skills III in education Prodi Indonesian Language and Literature. The method used in qualitative descriptive study. Subjects in this study is a lecturer pengampuh Speaking III courses and students taking courses Speaking Skills III in Education Prodi Indonesian Language and Literature. Data collection techniques of observation, documentation and interviews. Problematic contained in the faculty that the college plans Speaking Skills III professors only make the syllabus, then there is a specified time allocation time faculty are not given information in accordance with the subject matter discussed below, the material practice of speech and kepemanduan not sufficient for the holding of the second practice.
