Abstract

Today, not everyone can work according to their educational background. Even if a person could work in accordance with his educational background, not infrequently, by various circumstances, he is also required to work outside his educational background, so he is required to able to think to synthesize and create based on educational background. The ability to synthesize and create, in addition supported by the ability of 'learning to be', accompanied by achievement motivation. A motivated achiever usually tends to entrepreneurship. For that, traits and skills of entrepreneurship need to be sharpened. Entrepreneurial skills include creative thinking skills, decision-making skills, leadership skills, managerial skills, and sociable skills. While entrepreneurship traits include high spirits, hard work, praying, seizing opportunities, avoiding temptation, appreciating time, holding criticism, endurance, daring to face risks, and learning from failure. In relation to the issues raised, this will address (a) Some challenges in entrepreneurship education, (b) growth of achievement motivation, (c) entrepreneurial theory, and (e) entrepreneurship practice: the case of PLS FIP UNP Keywords: theory, practice, entrepreneurship
