Abstract

The use of aqueous extract of Sapindus ra ra k as medium in the synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles by the hydrothermal method has been carried out at moderate conditions. The current conditions produced the desired ZnO nanoparticles with difference shapes and crystallinity depending on the concentration of aqueous extract of S. rara k.
