Abstract

The general objective of the study was to determine the role of the principal in TKIT Qurrata 'Ayun Bengkulu Selatan. The specific purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal as edukator, manager, supervisor, leader, inovator and motivator in TKIT Qurrata 'Ayun Bengkulu Selatan. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects of the headmaster of TKIT Qurrata 'Ayun Bengkulu Selatan. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques, by performing data reduction, data presentation and verification. The conclusion is that the principal of TKIT Qurrata 'Ayun has carried out his role as edukator, manager, supervisor, leader, inovator and motivator. Keywords: The role of principal
