Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of motivation on the performance and to determine the influence of environment on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Bengkulu city. This research is quantitative research where there is a hypothesis testing. data collection method in this study was a questionnaire. Respondents of this research is the Civil Service Police Unit of Bengkulu city in the fields of as many as 76 employees. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation positive effect on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit of Bengkulu city and Work environment positive effect on performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of the bengkulu city.
