Abstract

This study aims to develop financial management at Junior high 14 South Bengkulu, sourced from the Government. This research is a research and development. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and discussion groups. The results of the development of a financing management model at Junior high 14 South Bengkulu, namely (1) Planning, must involve all existing stakeholders and go through a special meeting in formulating the RAKS; (2) Utilization, must directly involve all people in charge of activities; (3) Accountability, the report must be made by the person in charge of activities and the treasurer only records; (4) Monitoring and Evaluation is carried out internally by the AMI team consisting of teachers and school committees and external monitoring is carried out by the district education office team.
