Abstract
This study aims to analyzed contribution of the principal's leadership and organizational climate to the teacher's performance of guidance and counseling either alone or together. This study was quantitative research. The study population was all guidance and counseling teachers at State Senior High School Bengkulu City totaling 45 people, the sample of 35 people, selected by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was used Likert scale model questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Research findings show that : (1) in average, the performance of teachers' guidance and counseling are in good category, the principal's leadership are in the category good enough, and the organizational climate is in good category, (2) there was contribution of the principal's leadership to the teacher's guidance and counseling performance by 33,1%, (3) there was contribution organizational climate to the teacher's guidance and counseling performance by 25,2% and (4) there was contribution of the principal's leadership and organizational climate together to the teacher's performance of guidance and counseling by 48,3%.
