Abstract

The economic crisis in Indonesia that has occurred since 1997 makes the number of the poor increases. The indications could be found in the increasing members of the unemployed and of workers that loose the their jobs and also the weak power of publics buyers. To handle this phenomena, government or any private volunteer should motivate and activate society to develop Micro Credit Programe. One of the areas that have the Micro Credit Institute is Kelurahan Pasar Minggu Kecamatan Pasar Minggu in Jakarta Selatan. But the achievement is not yet satisfied. So that working harder should be taken into action by way of making the Institute more develop and more active. To make the institute better and more beneficial we should Increase the capital and enlarge the area of the Institute network, Develop the forum initiative and enlarge the participation of the society in the Micro Credit Institute and Make The Networking Program in order the Institute to be more productive and more collaborated. In this case the purpose is to make The Institute productive to increase the social services and to develop The Institute in many fields of activities either with the government or private. The Success of this work depends on how far this activity should cover this social group. By way of social map (data) we could analyze the condition of the social life, geographically, demographically, economically and culturally. Briefly, social data will show the problems: the need or necessity as well as the potential and the capabilityof the society that could be use (be taken) to solve the social problems. Our work will be effective, efficient, could meet the social needs and this will be surely supported bthe society. Attention for the Stakeholders is that the achievement of our goal depends on and be influenced by :1 ) The local characteristic and the tradition of the society, 2) The Comprehensive action taken not only in the Micro Credit Institute, but also in thother activities such as : to promote the understanding of democracy, to increase the participation of society in political matters, to make the social welfare more better and other activities connected with the social needs, 3) the continuous and systematicalprogram to anticipate the unexpected problems that may occur later.
