Abstract

The Objective of this research is to describe about the role of the principal as administrator in junior high school Arrisalah Lubuklinggau. The Methods of this study is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study found that there are 6 factors of the principals as administrator, the principal as curriculum administration tell about 2 curriculum combine at this school, academies administration show the student activities as boarding school, staff administration as the place to save all printed data at the school, means administration make the plan all the means or tools is needed, public relations administration make a connection to all parents and the company, and finance administration make integrated for all cash flow in each ladder school from kindergarten to senior high school.
