Abstract

In general, target of this research is to know and performance mendeskripsikan officer of Ulak Lebar Sub-District of Lubuklinggau City in the effort realizing development program and service. While special target which will reach to know and describe of officer performance of UlakLebatSub-District of Lubuklinggau City in execution of fundamental duty and its function. Method which used in this research descriptive method with approach qualitative. Descriptive method, that is method depicting and elaborating about a situation related to quality of human resource able to improve officer performance. Descriptive research is to check and to get data which actual and is accurate, where the data then debate and elaborated systematically and also concluded to get resolving from problem of accurate. Data type the used obtained primary data through interview. The subject or informant in research is officer of UlakLebatSub- District of Lubuklinggau City amounting to 10 people. Method analyse data was used descriptive qualitativeanalysis. The result of the data analyze that officer performance of UlakLebarSub-District of Lubuklinggau City reside in a both category for can be seen from quality dimension amount, initiatif, independence, responsibility, and work relation.
