Abstract

Microstrip antenna is electronic communicationwhich the function to accept or signal electromagnetic owave as intermediately to transfer data. For transferrindata (picture, video, sound, and other) need more board obandwidth because microstrip antenna has boarbandwidth that narrow between 2% and 5%, thereforeneed to increase board bandwidth for speeding up of thtransfer data process. Transferred data did by research omicrostrip antenna on WIFI frequency (2,4 GHz). Foincrease board bandwidth on microstrip antenna necessarya method, which the research will be used parasitic methoby disturb patch antenna and then give more patch arounpatch antenna. From this research get the value VSWR1,104 and return loss -26, 15 dB with board bandwidth246,4 MHz. at microstrip antenna designed by parasitihad board bandwidth 126 MHz, with the result of parasitican to widen bandwidth 120,4 MHz or 51,30%.
