Abstract

Decision making in determining the winner of the project tender is not an easy thing to do by each agency that holds a project tender, especially at the Bengkulu Provincial Public Works and Housing Office. The reason is because the committee is still carrying out the process of calculation and assessment, there is still no system that can assist in making these decisions. This research was conducted to implement a decision support system using the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method in determining the winner of the project tender at the Bengkulu Provincial Public Works and Housing Agency based on criteria determined by the agency. The purpose of the study using the MFEP method is to minimize errors or mismatches that occur in the process of calculating large amounts of data. Based on the results of this study it is known that the MFEP method can be used in the process of determining the winner of the project tender at the Bengkulu Provincial Public Works and Housing Agency with the expected results, and testing by comparing the results of calculations manually using the system shows the percentage of system accuracy of 99,99% and system functional testing using the Black Box method has succeeded 100% with the scenario that has been made.
