Abstract

The increase of population has led to a surge in demand for housing. Increasing housing is used by many developers to provide housing with various facilities offered. Various types of developer offers make consumers faced several factors in home purchase decisions. This study aimed to examine the effect of price, building design, physical building, facilities and location and find out the dominant factor in home purchase decisions. Methods of research are qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative method is distributing questionnaires to 28 respondents who have house in Griya Tanjung Perdana Housing with 90% trust level. Quantitative methods is processing and analyzing questionnaire data using multiple linear regression analysis with test requirements analysis, namely the validity and reliability test on SPSS 25 program. The results of this research indicate that price, building design, building physical, facilities and location effect 75,6% of home purchase decisions. The most dominant factor affecting home purchase decision is the price factor with a percentage of 26,88%. The other factors are location with a percentage of 17,52%, building physical with a percentage of 14,70%, facilities with a percentage of 10,14% and building design with a percentage of 6,41%.
