Abstract

Regulations governing permits to establish a building through the requirements of the obligation to conduct traffic impact studies have been carried out since 2015. In an effort to unravel the negative impacts of transportation activities during the construction period and the operation period of a building plan in the form of activity centers, settlements and infrastructure the basic concepts of Andalalin are still translated differently by compilers, assessors and evaluators. This paper introduces the basic concept of preparing a traffic impact analysis through a simplification of the formulas taken from various reference regulations in the study document. Analysis and discussion of traffic changes will illustrate the performance values of sections and intersections during the construction period and the operating period, as well as the need for parking, in and out access, pedestrian facilities and public transportation. Theresults of the study of traffic impact analysis are recommendations and plans for handling impacts that must be adhered to by each party responsible for implementing the implementation plan and must be monitored on an ongoing basis by the evaluation team.
