Abstract

Planning the structure of buildings must be refers to existing regulations. At present there is often an error in the planning of building structures which causes the building to be unsafe to use. Based on this, the researcher were interested to reanalyz and redesign the structure of the sport Centre University of Bengkulu. This study aims to determine the level of suitability and how to design a good structure with the latest SNI regulations for the sport centre University of Bengkulu. This research was conducted by analyzing the structure of the building using finite element based structure analysis software. The analysis results in the form of values of forces in the structure used as data for calculations. The results of the calculation of the structure in the form of a minimum amount of reinforcement, capacity, and resistance required by the structure to carry the existing burden. The percentage value of suitability between work drawings and the results of the analysis shows that most of the Bengkulu University GOR structure is less secure and need to strengthen building structures. The suitability percentage of the main reinforcement column K1 is 116.7%, K2 is 75%, K3 is 75%. Percentage of suitability of the main reinforcement beam B1 is 200% (toehold) and 200% (field), B2 is 85.71% (toehold) and 120% (field), B3 is 66.67% (toehold) and 100% (field) , SF1 is 80% (toehold) and 100% (field), SF2 is 45% (toehold) and 56.25% (field), SF3 is 80% (toehold) and 57.14% (field). The suitability percentage of the main reinforcement for the X and Y floor plates is 50% (toehold) & 75% (field).
