Abstract

PT Angkasa Pura II KC. Bengkulu is one of the companies managed by state�owned enterprises (BUMN). engaged in the business of airport services and airport-related services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by employee engagement in employees of PT Angkasa Pura II KC. Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative method, where there is hypothesis testing. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires. This research has 48 statements given to respondents with 143 respondents. The analysis method in this research uses SmartPLS version 4.0.9.2. The results of this research explain that (1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior (2) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior (3) Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior (4) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement (5) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement (6) Employee engagement mediates the effect of self-efficacy on employee organizational citizenship behavior (7) employee engagement mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestions for companies are to encourage employees to be more confident in their ability to do difficult work, confident in their strengths, provide motivation so that employees are more enthusiastic about working, maximize rewards for employees who work extra hard, and provide various necessary training for employees. This research still has limitations regarding the scope of the research. It is hoped that future research can carry out similar research using different objects and respondents, with a larger number of respondents
