Abstract
In this research, building character for student is important because gadget and social media are influence students and their character recently. This study investigates Educational Vaues Based on Curriculum 2013 in Mulan 2020 Movie especially for Indonesian students based on 18 values developed in education character in curriculum 2013 (K13). This study employed a mixed method because the data analysis presented in qualitative and quantitative and implemented instrument for Educational Vaues proposed by Syarbini (2012). The data was collected from Mulan 2020 movie, the data were contexts of the movie and the utterances produced by characters in the dialogues and scenes in the Mulan 2020 movie. The finding showed that among 18 Educational Vaues values based on curriculum 2013 only 14 values are found, they are: honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard-working, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, nationalism, love homeland/patriotism, appreciating achievements, friendly/communicative, sociality and responsibility. Then, four values are absence; religious, love peace, love to read, and environmental care. This study provides an information about Educational Vaues in Mulan movie 2020 to increase the author, teacher even student awareness of the importance Educational Vaues.
