This study aimed to identify influence of political factors and organizational culture to utilization of information performance (adoption and implementation) on local government institutions. The political factor consist of : external group and internal group and variables of organizational culture were measured by personal attitudes within the institutions. The respondens involved in the study were 203 of echelon 2 officials, echelon 3 officials, echelon 4 officials at the institution in Bengkulu Town. Multiple linear regressions analysis was used in the study. The result of the study indicates that internal group and attitudes had a significant affect to the adoption the utilization of performance information. Furthermore, the external group, internal group and attitudes had a significant affect to the implementation of the performance measurement.
