Abstract
Master's Thesis Study Program of Educational Management Post Graduated, University of Bengkulu, 2023 : 103 Pages This research is to describe the implementation of the Qur'an Literacy Program at Muara Batang Empu State Junior High School. Qualitative descriptive is the analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Al-Qur'an Literacy Program at Muara Batang Empu Public Junior High School is as follows: 1) the benefits are in the religious aspect. The students being able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, cultivating Al-Qur'an literacy for students, limiting students' time on negative matters, increasing students' interest in reading the Qur'an and maintaining Qur'an memorization. 2) Discipline flexibility such as: attend school earlier. Soul recreation, it means the program routine can give the soul a recreation every morning and evening. It flexes the soul character of students.3) student property in the form of; self-obedient attitude, enthusiasm, willing to blend in and desire to change to positive things. 4) Accuracy of time utilization, timeliness of memorizing and inaccuracies in aspects of writing Arabic script, competence of supervising teachers, methods and techniques and has not yet prepared rigit guidelines. 5) There are some Obstacles in the form of an imbalance in the ratio of the number of students to supervising teachers who master Qur'an literacy and the last is the aspects of assessment accuracy and achievement limits have not been arranged.
