Abstract
This research aims to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of financial employees with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. The population in this research is local government organizations in Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 48 financial employees in Lebong Regency regional government organizations. Determination of the sample using purposive example. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, namely distributed directly to respondents. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS. The research results show that transformational leadership influences the performance of financial employees. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on transformational leadership on employee performance.
