Abstract

Research aiming for knowing ability of biological agents in remeding contaminated soil with Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici and in controlling Fusarium wilt was carried out at the screen house for five months. Completely Randomized Block Design was used with 12 treatments and repeated three times. The agents tested were Trichoderma harzianum isoleted from ginger, ginseng, or banana, Bacillus subtilis, and Pseudomonas fluorescens P60. Result of the research showed that all the agents could decrease population density of F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici ranging from 21.01 to 40.03% applied two weeks before planting to the soil. The most effective agent was P. fluorescens P60 by decreasing the population of 35.08%, suppressing the disease of 28.15%, and increasing the agent itself for 50%.
