One of most essential aspect in a movie is moral values, this aspect become important because it reflect real-life human’s characteristic. This paper aims to describe and identify varieties of the moral value in the movie. This Research is a literary study on moral value and the object of this research was the movie entitled “Malignant” . This research applying qualitative method and the data were collected using checklist data sheet as an instrument of this paper. This study proposed theory of moral values by Linda and Eyre (1993). This paper chose “Malignant” movie as a subject and moral value as an object of this study. The findings of this study shown 22 items moral value which represent 2 main kinds of moral value which is Value of being and value of giving. The data categorized into 11 parts in any kinds of moral value. They are, unselfishness and sensitivity, kindness, fidelity ,courage, self-confidence, loyalty, respect, love and affection, justice and peace of ability, bravery and friendship. The number of types of moral value in this movie was dominated by peace of ability, honesty, love and affection and self- confidence then follows by the other types. All of the data in this research were analyzed by its own context and situation.
