Abstract

The objevtive of this research is to describe the inspector supervision and the principal effort in following up at public Junior High School Mukomuko Regency. This research use qualitative descriptive method. The subject of the research were principal, inspector, and teachers. The techniques of collecting data ware interview, observation, and documentation. The collected data then analyzed with qualitative techniques. The result ot the research showed that among eighteen component to supervised by inspector, two component of supervision ( student administration and curriculum administration )were good enough in the school , all of the another component s were bad condition. The principal have tried two follow up or to make up the result of inspector supervision , but to only a few components get a good follow up. Based on the result of the research suggested to principal and inspector together to improve supervision with fully commitment.
