Abstract
The objective of this research was to find out the influence of Motivation, Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Environment toward Work Achievement of Rakyat Bengkulu Company Employee individually although in group. The data collected by using questionnaire and observation. In order to find out the influence of Motivation, Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Environment toward Work Achievement of Rakyat Bengkulu Company Employee, the researcher used an analysis instrument called Multiple Linear Regression. From the result analysis, the researcher has known that the variables of Motivation, Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Environment have positive influences and significance toward employee work achievement. And obtained double determination coefficiency (R 2 ) with 0,509 which meant these variables; Motivation, Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Environment give contribution in influence the achievement work (50, 9 %).
