Abstract
Pancasila and civilization education intrinsically is education that inculcate Pancasila values at student person in order to develop personality of Indonesian nation router generation. Utilization of values education approach at instruction PKn, addressed to help student explores sociaty existing values, either values in itself or values existing in their culture. Process explored values is referred conducted pass by critical idea till student have ability improves its idea quality and feeling which is on finally happened internalization values is referred in personality student. In order to all these can happened of vital importance teacher role. Therefore teacher must add its knowledge and skill in field of value education in order to she/he its ability level in instruction PKn.
