Abstract

This article based on research about revitalization of the elementary school teacher workgroup activities (KKG-SD). The objective of the research are improving quality of the teachers workgroup activities and enhancing contribution to the teachers pedagogical competencies and professional competencies. Threathment for revitalization design by collaboration between teachers workgroup and instructor or trainer (Widyaiswara) from LPMP in the field of: (1) training need assessment; (2) to conduct of proposal teacher workgroup activities; (3) to define of the training program; (4) to select resource person; (5) facilitation for training programs, and (6) to the enhanced motivation and understanding for teacher work group activities. After collaboration of this program the teacher have been finished to make ation plan for teacher workgroup activities, to select resource person and implementation of training program. Conclusion: revitalization of the teachers workgroup activities can enhancing teacher competencies and their professionalism.
