Abstract

The objectives of this research is describe the Kindergarten Pembina Kepahiang, The specific objectives to discribt: (1) The study planning school’s program. (2) The kindergarten school execution program, execution program educational human resources curriculum, teachers and administration staff, school facilities and tools, finance, student, and public relation. (3) Monitoring and evaluating programs. The research method was designed as qualitative descriptive method. The subjectif this research were the principal, teachers, staff, and parents. In order to get the data, the research use interview, documentation, and observation. In analysis of data, the write used reduction data, presentation data, and making conclusion. The conclusion of this study was that generally of Kindergarten Pembina Kepahiang as well, as the management students, curriculum, equipment and building, teachers and adminstratation staff, finance, and public relationship
