Abstract
This research aimed at knowing the size the regency Mukomuko capacity of the Regional Government’s finance in carrying out the loan and how big the limit of the loan maximum that was permitted for the Governmentof of the Mukomuko Regency. As for the analysis method that was used in this research was the Dept Service Coverage Ratio Method (DSCR) and the limit of the loan maximum (BMP) the regional government in accordance with the number Government Regulation 54 in 2005. Results of this research showed that Regional Government Mukomuko from 2004 to 2008 had the capacity if carrying out the loan. The Dept Service Coverage Ratio size in the year Regional Government Mukomuko carried out the loan of 2,83 with the limit of the loan maximum of 150 Billion whereas the loan that was carried out of 140 Billion. This matter showed that the number of loan that was carried out was still being supervised by the limit of the loan maximum that could be received.
