Abstract
This study is aimed at describing the effectiveness of Self Access Centre (SAC) at “UPT Bahasa Inggris” in supporting English study program students’ learning process at Bengkulu University. The population of this research is English study program students’ consist of second, fourth, sixth and eighth semester students’. The total of subject is 240 English students but there are 60 students will be taken as the research’s sample. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and interview. The data were analyzed by using percentage formula. The result of this research showed that the Self Access Center (SAC) at “UPT Bahasa Inggris” in supporting English study program students’ in learning english at Bengkulu University was not effectively yet because the facilities were sufficient yet and the activities of SAC were still less students interested in supporting learning process independently. It is only service of SAC was more sufficient.
