Abstract
The objectives of this research are (1) to know the result of the given-single doze of kebiul extract for ethanol part at the age of six days of mencit morfology pragnancy, the parametre researched being the number of fetus, the length of fetus, the weight of fetus, malformation, dan the fetus mortality; (2) to know the active compound found in the kebiul extract and (3). To know in the implementation of learning-teaching learning with organic compound using environment-based media. Twelve (12) M. Musculus in stage of pregnancy are devided into four (4) groups. The first group is a control (PO), and treatment group (P1,P2, and P3). The treatment groups are given single doze of kebiul extract for the etanol with 50/Kg.bw, 100 mg/Kg.bw and 200 mg/Kg.bw for each and the group kontrol is given by aqua. The parameter researched are the number of fetus, the length of fetus, the body weight of fetus and the fetus mortality. There is a resoption of 39% and 25% at the doze of 100 mg/Kg.Bb and 200 mg/Kg.Ww. The is a difference of body wieght between control and treatment. There are steps to gain active compound in the kebiul, namely: maseration of the kebiul extract using metanol for three days, being extracted using the liquid n-heksana, re-extracted by asetat atyl and then by etanol. To make biofar, the kebiul extract is ectracted by etanol and continued by fraction liquid - liquid. The extract gained is made solid by a rotary ovaporator, then is done through KLT to get best eluen and continued by the column cromatography, re-done by KLT, then characterized by using IR. The result shows that the is an absorption in the area of wave length of 1618,38,cm-1, 3367,84cm-1, 1051,07,cm-1; 2930,91 cm-1 , 1413,99 cm-1 the absorption of the five wave length shows that there is carbonil group C=O, OH group(gugus) strengthened by C-O bond, C-H alifatik. C-H . To implement the teaching learning activites is used the environment-based media. The compound cards are used in the first cycle, the media from the school environment and students to replace molymod. The result of the the firs cycle shows that the average is 70.29, the mastery learning is 64,71% and there are 22 students who passed the minimum criteria of mastery learning. The result of the second cycle shows that the average is 81.18, the mastery learning is 85,29% and there are 29 students who passed the minimum criteria of mastery learning.
