Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe about management innovation of extracurricular program nuanc of Islamic in MTsN one Bengkulu city. The method of this research is deskriptif research,the subject of this research is headmaster,teachers and coach of extracurricular, the technique to collected of this research are observation,interview,and documentation.
