Abstract

This research aim to increase activity and achievemen of learning the classroom action research by subjek research is all student of class of IV A SDN 45 South Bengkulu in a 2011 / 2012 school year. This research executed in two cycle, and every cycle consisted by four step, that is planning, action execution, observation, and refleksi, Data collecting conducted by using sheet of observation and sheet tes. Pursuant to analysis result of and solution obtained conclusion that applying of method Inquiry can improve the activity and result of learning student of IV A SDN 45 South Bengkulu and get the positive respon from student. This matter seen from observation result learn at cycle I obtained a score mean 48 and result of student observation obtained a score mean 45, with the criterion enough, while at cycle II result of teacher observation mount to become 66 and result of student observation 68 with the good criterion result learn the stident mount fro cycle I until cycle II that is value result of learning student 6,73 with the complete percentage learn 60 % at cycle I of while at cycle II moun to become 7,83 with the complete percentage learn 86,67%.
