Abstract
The title of this research is “The Influence of Motivation And Work Environment Toward Job Satisfaction Of Teacher In Smk N Kepahiang”. It was aimed to find out the influence of motivation and work environment toward job satisfaction of teachers SMK N Kepahiang. To get the data, the researcher used questionnaire with 50 respondents as the samples. Multiple regression analysis was used on this research. The result of this research showed that motivation and work environment had the positive influence toward job satisfaction performance for βX1=0,389, and βX2 = 0,423, with the regression equation as follow: Y = 15,146 + 0,389X1 + 0,423X2
