Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the influence of managerial ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and loan to deposit ratio toward the banking financial performance. The banking financial performance in this research are measured by cash flow return on asset (CFROA). Analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Results shown from the research is that managerial ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and LDR simultaneously influencing the financial performance measured by CFROA with Adjusted R Squared is 26,9%, and the rest 73,1% influenced by other variables which is not included in regression model. Partially, managerial ownership, board of directors, and LDR have positive influence to the financial performance; while board of commissionaire have the negative influence.
