Abstract

Purpose of this research is to study the behavior of a leader on employee performance General Hospital District Kaur. This study is a type of descriptive study with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The data used in this study is the primary data, ie data obtained from the research object, in this case the employee's performance of General Hospital District Kaur. Methods of data in this study is to disseminate the questionnaire to all employees of the General Hospital District Kaur.Responden this study as many as 64 employees (excluding directors). Methods of data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
