Abstract

Economic development is represent by the effort for the agenda of supporting execution the priority which written in priority National Development, that is quickening cure of economics and strengthen the basis of continous and fair econommic development and with pursuant to nationality system. Stipulating of the priority base on challange and problem faced and also policy instructing in short them development of economics as well as midlle term. This research aim are to analyse the level of dependent fiscal between local govement central Bengkulu with central goverment seen form degree of fiscal decentralization. second, analysing the existence of relation between monetary management area (transfer of central government, Earnings of Genuiness Area, and Invesment Area) with Independence Area. This research use secondary data of year 2009 to 2011. This data is analysed using ladder correlation of spearman. Pursuant to calculation known that result of from for the hypothesis of H1 equal to 0,400. While H2 equal to 0,900, and H3 equal to with storey;level of signifikan 0,05 with n=9 ρ(α)= 0,700. With critical area of ρ(α). Hence can be concluded that first Hypothesis not yet deflected to be accepted, accepted second hypothesis, and third hypothesis not yet is acceptable.
