Abstract
The objective is this research is to describe the leadership characteristic at Kabawetan Subdistrict office, include: First, physical and nervous energy. Second, a sense of purpose and direction. Third, enthusiasm. Fourth, friendliness and affection. Fifth, integrity. Sixth, technical mastery. Seventh, decisiveness. Eighth, intelligence. Ninth, teaching skill. Tenth, faith. Eleventh, competent. Twelfth, to inspire. Thirteenth, fair minded. Fourteenth, broad minded. Fifteenth, bold. Sixteenth, imaginative. This research is qualitative descriptive. Research subjects are employees at Kabawetan Subdistrict. The data were collected by questionnaire and interview. The result of the research is describe the leadership characteristic at Kecamatan Kabawetan office are good. Leadership characteristic will determine the extent to which the Kabawetan Subdistrict office of leadership success in the future.
