Abstract

The problem in this study is how the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) the maintenance building permit (IMB) at the Department of City Planning and Buildings Supervisor of Bengkulu. This study aims to determine the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) the maintenance building permit (IMB) at the Department of City Planning and Buildings Supervisor Bengkulu city Sources of data in this study is primary data that is obtained directly from the data source object of research. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. Research using accidental sampling method by the number of samples taken as many as 50 people. From the results of the study showed that average score of respondents' answers to the implementation of SOP administration BMI score is at 2.65 (pretty good). In general, it can be said that the process of finalizing arrangements IMB over SOP set of more than 14 working days. There are still many obstacles, where there are respondents who have not received information about the procedure in detail IMB settlement of officers. In general, the respondents stated that the officers did not specify the details of the cost of the IMB.
