Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation to employees productivity at Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Setda Provinsi Bengkulu. This research used primary data taken from employees population at Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Setda Provinsi Bengkulu as many as 60 respondents. This study adopt a descriptive analyze and simple regression analyze. The result shows that partially (ttest) the variable of compensation has a positive and significant impact to employees productivity. This means, the increase of compensation will raise the productivity with the degree of significant α = 0,05. The influence contribution of compensation variable on productivity is shown by coefficient of determination 79,8%.
