Abstract
This research aim to know distributive justice deskripsi, justice of prosedural and justice of interaksional, and also its influence by parsial and simultan to officer performance Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIA Curup. This research represent descriptive research qualitative and is quantitative of kausal desain with sorvei method. Data obtained from answer to given kuesioner. Where only 55 responder returning kuesioner answer. From data 55 responder later; then analysed qualitative with to see responder answer mean, and analysed quantitatively constructively SPSS program. Result of research indicate that distributive justice deskripsi, justice of prosedural and justice of interaksional officer is goodness. Result of hypothesis test show distributive justice, justice of prosedural and justice of interaksional by parsial and also by sumultan have an effect on not signifikan to officer performance Institute Pemasyarakatan Klas IIA Curup. From result of this research is suggested by although do not have an effect on signifikan to officer performance, however head to decision taker shall ever pay attention felt by justice is officer in order to maintaining and improving officer performance. limitation of this Research is at least variable instrument which can be measured with given kuesioner
