Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of motivation, job culture, and job environment to performance of Agricultural, Fisheries, and Forestry at the Departement Extension in Districk of Musi Rawas, simultaneously and partially. The type of this research was analytical descriptive. The research population are Agricultural, Fisheries, and Forestry extension workers departement whose status are Civil Servant at the Department of Agricultural, Fisheries, and Forestry Extension workers in district of Musi Rawas, with the total sample of 85 people. The data are analyze with using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research result shows that: (1) there is positive significant effect between motivation (X1), job culture (X2), and job environment (X3) with the instructors’ job performance (Y) both in groups and partially; (2) there is positive significant effect of motivation (X1) to the instructors’ job performance (Y); (3) there is positive significant effect of job culture (X2) toward the instructors’ working performance (Y); and (4) there is positive significant effect of job environment (X3) to instructors’ job performance (Y).
