Abstract

The objective of this research were to desribed the leadership style, organization culture and staff performance at North Lebong District Head Office. This research uses descriptive analysis. This research used questionnaires and interviews. The data of this research using primary data collected by questionnaires and interviews. The number of samples in this research were 30 respondents. Then interviewed leader, and staff. The analysis used the leader’s perception and staff‘s perception of leadership style, organization culture and staff performance and the results of interviewed leader, staff at North Lebong District Head Office. The result of this research shows that leadership style, organization culture and staff performance at North Lebong District Head Office was already good. From the interview results it were also gained a result that the leadership style, organization culture and performance of the staff was also already good. Suggestion urged by the researcher based on the results of the study which had been done is that the North Lebong District Head Office by leader needs to give couching and mentoring to staff. Then, leader give advice to staff for finish their conflict. Leader give direction, advice and repair about thing that staff unundestand.
