Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the perception, attitude, and behavior of the employees about implementation electronics - I.D. card at the sub district of selebar office in Bengkulu City. In addition, this research intend to investigate: 1) perception of the employees about implementation electronics - I.D. card, 2) attitude of the employees about implementation electronics - I.D. card, 3) behavior of the employees about implementation electronics - I.D. card. The method applied for this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this research is in- depth interview with interview guidance as the instrument. The subjects of this research were 14 people: 1 people sub distric secretary, 5 people chief of sub distric of Selebar office, 8 employees of the sub distric of Selebar office. The result from this research showed that the employees have the same perceptions, attitudes and behavior for support implementation electronics - I.D. card, recommended that employees maintaining and improving it, to achieve effectiveness and optimization of electronics - I.D. card.
