Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe learning performance index at Farm and Animal Healthy Office Bengkulu Province. This research used descriptive analysis. The data in this research used primary data collected by questionnaire and interview. The number of samples were 68 respondents by cencus method. Then interviewed five leader and staff of the division in the Farm and Animal Healthy Office Bengkulu Province. The analysis used learning performance index score and the leader’s perception and staff’s perception and interview result. The result of this research shows that learning performance index consist of vision, infrastructure, culture, learning dynamics, and training investment at strong level of performance. Farm and Animal Healthy Office Bengkulu Province is on its way to becoming a high-performing learning organization. Suggestion urged by the researcher based on the results of the study which had been done is that the leader regularly share a common vision of what their work should accomplish. Frequency of employee training is emphasized equally at all levels in the organization. Farm and Animal Healthy Office Bengkulu Province give formal training for all employee. Leader routinely share a common vision of what their work should accomplish to employee.
